The AOD ACS Slim is a podcast file creator enabling various formats to be delivered to podcats platforms. It handles everything from the ingest of the audio files and metadata to the upload of the processed files to the CDN. This makes it a unique product, which gives you full control over your audio on demand workflow. Audio can be output for HLS, CMAF and DASH and uploaded in all conventional transport protocols

However, most solutions allow the users very little control over the workflow and output. This audio codec server changes this by enabling you to set up your own audio-on-demand processing machine.

Ingest audio and metadata files with your prefered transport protocol (SMB, (S)FTP, rsync, HTTP) and let the system prepare them for the CDN or other podcasting platform.

Quick access via WiFi with QR code scan

One of the most forward-thinking features of the Audio Codec Servers is the option to quickly connect with the management UI using the wifi of your mobile devices. This is in addition to the regular network access. Things are sped up even further by using a QR code scan to access the wifi.

You can say goodbye to outdated front panel controls and enjoy an operation method that ensures you can use all of your audio codec’s functions without a computer and without any compromises. The same UI you have become used to with browser access can be used with your mobile devices.

Slim

The SLIM is the ultimate Audio Codec Server choice when it comes to price-performance ratio. It comes in a classic 19” 1RU form factor and allows up to 50 mono, stereo or multichannel programs. It can be delivered with one extension card, to provide I/O for DAB, AES or MADI or transport for ASI. Other I/O are supported via third-party USB audio interfaces.
