This audio codec server offers an exceptionally broad support of various inputs and outputs as well as transport protocols in order to faciliate monitoring and linking of studios with transmitters and uplinks.

Whatever protocols and formats your system works with and whatever format is expected at the transmitter site, this solution will make sure that your signal arrives safe and sound. The extensive monitoring features ensure that any problems will be detected immediately and allow your personnel to react accordingly.

Consider also the various feature packages that may aid your workflow.

R

Absolutely reliable – broad format compatibility – advanced monitoring

Stream multiple mono, stereo or multichannel signals to remote studios, transmitter sites and uplinks. The STL ACS Slim Redundant is the choice to get the most professional and modern audio streaming in a convenient package. A variety of monitoring features ensure that you get the reliability you need in a way that fits your use case (see feature packages for examples). Broad compatability with various inputs ensures that integrating STL ACS Slim Redundant into your workflow is as simple as can be.

R

Quick access via WiFi with QR code scan

Quick access via WiFi with QR code scan: One of the most forward-thinking features of the Audio Codec Servers is the option to quickly connect with the management UI using the wifi of your mobile devices. This is in addition to the regular network access. Things are sped up even further by using a QR code scan to access the wifi.

You can say goodbye to outdated front panel controls and enjoy an operation method that ensures you can use all of your audio codec’s functions without a computer and without any compromises. The same UI you have become used to with browser access can be used with your mobile devices.

R

Grow with expansion packages

All Audio Codec Servers can be expanded to fit multiple use cases at once. Turn an OTT machine into a SIP hub, add transcoding to DVB, change a Loudness controller into a podcast processor – it’s like a matrix of possibility.

R

All types of audio encoding

An exhaustive list of de/encoder algorithms is supported. From classics like Layer 2 and MP3 to more current standards like AAC and Opus (incl. xHE AAC), even FLAC. Of course they also include Linear (16 and 24), G.711, G.722 and many more. Your desired encoding is guaranteed.

R

Reliable and smart

All our systems have been tested under real circumstances for 24/7 use. For even more safety, consider our packages for Smart Control and API. With these you bring your monitoring to the next level.

R

aixtream COMPACT inside

All live audio applications with the most cutting edge features are delivered with aixtream COMPACT – our offer for customers who want all of these things with an affordable price and no hassle. Support for Bluetooth and Wifi access creates a modern alternative to front panel controls. Direct UI access is of course also included.

The PIPE Concept makes audio stream and call configuration as simple as never before. A row of elements represents each aspect of the connection and coniguration is as easy as using drag-and-drop, while detailed configurations of the elements are available with a single click. Even complex connections can be set up in a few seconds and a minimum of clicks.

It is the simplest and most powerful way to configure your audio connections. Configuring and monitoring your audio I/O was never easier.

Note that a single PIPE can handle a mono, stereo or multichannel signal coming from one input and sent to one output. You do not pay for channels used, but separate connections made!
