version 3.3 of aixtream software, scalable audio software was released

aixtream 3.3.0 was released!
No holidays fo aixtream, our scalable software, running as server or VM installation. It is constantly being improved and new features are added.

Recently, Dolby Atmos encoding has been put on our development roadmap, and the newest aixtream release 3.3.0 brings first support for it: Atmos audio content can now serve as input to aixtream and can be processed and reformatted for delivery to listeners. Currently, our customers are already evaluating a “multi-format” HLS use case to synchronously distribute audio in three variants: E-AC-3, AC-4 and AAC
